Product colors, placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly from images displayed on our website due to differences in screens, manufacturing processes, and materials.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped using Printful and its designated shipping carriers. Once an order has been processed and handed over for shipment, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling, routing, and delivery procedures.
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or damage occurring during transit to the extent permitted by applicable law and where such matters are outside our reasonable control.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you and, where applicable, work with Printful to address the issue under its applicable policies.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or otherwise materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We may require photographs or other information to evaluate the issue. Any replacement, refund, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies governing the fulfillment of the order.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are subject to our applicable return/refund policy and any rights provided by applicable law.
Because products may be made to order, certain products may not be eligible for return solely because a customer changes their mind, except where required by law.

6. Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed. Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be accommodated.
