By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree that all orders are fulfilled, packaged, and shipped through Printful and its designated shipping carriers. The store owner does not personally package, handle, transport, or deliver the products once the order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Accordingly, the store owner shall not be held responsible for damage, loss, delay, misdelivery, or other issues that occur while a package is being processed, transported, or delivered by Printful or its shipping carriers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If an order arrives damaged, customers are required to notify the store promptly and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. The store will make reasonable efforts to assist the customer and, where applicable, submit the matter to Printful for review and resolution in accordance with Printful’s applicable policies.

This notice does not limit or exclude any rights, remedies, warranties, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection or other applicable laws.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges the above delivery and fulfillment arrangements.
